The Ra’isa Jaipur is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays

Shipping Policies :

DOMESTIC- 

  1. Shipping within India is INR 100 irrespective of the number of items bought.
  2. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 2500/-
  3. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes such as GST.
  4. Orders are dispatched within 3-7 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. 
  5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at(business mail I’d) within 2 hours of placing the order.

INTERNATIONAL-

We use DHL for our international orders and we charge Rs.2500/- per order irrespective of the items  bought.

Payments can be done by card/ paypal .

Every international order ( if it is a saree) is given a complimentary finish with fall & hemming. So kindly give us at least a week’s time for your product to be dispatched 🙂 

Cancellation & Return/Exchange Policy. 

The Raisa Jaipur believes in & we can helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

How do I cancel an order on theraisajaipur.in .

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

For outright cancellations by you:

– If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

– If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Return/Exchange Policy

The 7 days’ return and exchange policy allows you a timeframe to return or exchange items bought on thetaisajaipur.com within a span of 7 days from the date of the receipt of the item. For a successful credit of the refund, we expect you to preserve the product in its original condition with tags intact packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received by the customer. Exchange requests received after 7 days of delivery of product WOULD NOT be entertained. The exchange policy allows swapping of sizes only. The exchange requests are processed only if your address falls under a serviceable area for our Logistics team.

ONLY EXCHANGE WITH A DIFFERENT SIZE OR GARMENT ONCE PER ORDER IS ALLOWED.(We do not allowed exchange/returns on customise,cut pieces,jewellery,and discounted products.)

Exchange/Return courier to our facility shall be managed by the customer. Customer needs to send back the product/s to RETURN ADDRESS mentioned at the bottom of the packing slip of the order. Please update us with the courier receipt as soon as you dispatch the product back for tracking purpose.

It may take 10-15 business days for the exchange to process from the date of placing the exchange request.

Return requests may be declined if the products returned do not pass the necessary quality check. It may have happened if the item is damaged, used and doesn’t have original tags with it. You can contact our customer care for more detailed info.
